About Kwieciak, Kwieciak & Kwieciak PLLC

Our firm was founded by the late Stanley Kwieciak, Esq. (Canisius College 1929 and the University of Buffalo Law School 1932).  He founded our firm in 1933.  He concentrated his legal practice in the areas of Estates and Real Estate.  In addition to the practice of law, he was a director and General Counsel for Fillmore Savings and Loan Association and other corporate institutions.

The late Richard S. Kwieciak, Esq. (Canisius College 1966 and University of Buffalo Law School 1969) began practicing law at our firm in 1974 upon his return from four years of active duty as an Army Judge Advocate.  Throughout his career, Richard divided his time between civilian practice with our firm and military practice with the Army National Guard.  Richard also taught Estate Practice and Procedure as an adjunct faculty member at the University Of Buffalo Law School.  Richard retired as a Brigadier General (brevet) from the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps.

Stanley Kwieciak III, Esq.  (The Johns Hopkins University 2003 and The Ohio State University School of Law 2006) is admitted to the practice of law in both New York and New Jersey.  He recently completed four years of active duty serving as a Captain with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps.  He served as the Brigade Judge Advocate to the 31^st Air Defense Artillery Brigade in the Persian Gulf.  He has written a number of articles in the areas of Estate Practice as well as Military law published in state and county bar journals and bulletins.  In addition to Estate work, Stanley supervises our Real Estate Department.

Maryanna Moskal, Esq. (The Johns Hopkins University 1986 and University of Buffalo Law School 1992) is of Counsel to our firm.  She concentrates her work in Estates and particularly kinship or heirship hearings.

Our office is staffed by Law Assistants Lyle M. Kaufman and Joyce Ciesielski.
